Resolved - Some subscribers may ahve experienced a short disruption yesterday with data services using the m2m or m2m-pri APN.

During the time 16:00 to 17:00 BST, our Packet Gateway Servers had a problem with some IP address corruption within its IP tables. This resulted in the behaviour where equipment was showing an active 3G/4G/5G data session but with no throughput or internet access.
This was corrected at 17:00 BST and all services returned to normal after that.

Engineers are investigating the root cause with a view to deploying a fix (when available) to prevent it for occurring again.

Any subscribers still having a problem may need a Cancel Location sending to the user equipment (UE), to force a re-registration. Please contact your local eSIMsmart support team to request that if required.

Certains abonnés ont pu subir une courte interruption hier avec les services de données utilisant l'APN m2m ou m2m-pri.

Entre 16h00 et 17h00 BST, nos serveurs Packet Gateway ont eu un problème de corruption d'adresse IP dans leurs tables IP. En conséquence, l'équipement affichait une session de données 3G/4G/5G active, mais sans débit ni accès à l'internet.
Le problème a été résolu à 17h00 BST et tous les services sont ensuite revenus à la normale.

Les ingénieurs étudient la cause du problème afin de mettre en place un correctif (dès qu'il sera disponible) pour éviter que ce problème ne se reproduise.

Les abonnés qui rencontrent encore un problème peuvent avoir besoin d'envoyer un message d'annulation de localisation à l'équipement utilisateur (UE) pour forcer un réenregistrement. Veuillez contacter votre équipe locale d'assistance eSIMsmart pour en faire la demande, le cas.
