Orange MVNO 4/5G Roaming issue

Update - Orange have corrected the issue, this incident is now resolved. Cellhire France MVNO SIM can now connect to 4G whilst roaming.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - A ticket has been raised with Orange as a priority 1 to investigate an issue that was identified this morning which affects Cellhire 4G MVNO SIM cards when roaming. Leissner have confirmed that S6 diameter traffic is not being received from Orange for session/signalling traffic. Heartbeat traffic is being received which suggests network paths between Orange and Leissner via the Paris Data Centres is up and working as expected.

All 4G capable SIMs are currently working on 2/3G roaming connections only.

Orange have accepted the issue currently lies within there core network and are currently investigating.

Cellhire have been in contact with both Leissner and Orange throughout the morning and continue to work with both parties to come to a resolve asap.
